hello again,
i forgoted to say, the hiss/whistle is here just when there's nothing plugged in the amp, when i plug a guitar the noise is not there...

With that extra info I would say it's definitely a grounding issue.

I'm guessing you have a bad preamp tube and sounds to me like dirty contacts on the input jacks. The input jacks should short out, closing the circuit when nothing's plugged in. If they are not doing that, then the circuit stays open and you will get hiss, whistles, etc.
As well, a microphonic preamp tube will whistle even with nothing plugged in after you get to a certain volume level. I would get a can of DeOxit D-5 and clean the jacks, pots and tube sockets and as well, try some pre-tested preamp tubes. I'm betting that one or both of these will solve your problem.

hello
it's ok, the ac50 works perfectly!! in fact, it was a bad grouding on the input jacks, i put some new jacks with a good ground and everything is ok now!!
