I’ve done extensive price research and my asking prices are very fair. Please don’t insult me and waste both of our time by making some ridiculous low ball offer. If you purchase multiple items, I might move a little, and I mean a little. I don’t really need to sell any of this stuff, it is just that I’m not using any of it anymore, and I figured maybe I’d pass it on and get another guitar. PM me if you are interested in anything or have more questions. I’ll give you my cell phone then if you would rather talk. I live in Daytona Beach Florida. If you need the item shipped, I will work with you to figure out the absolute cheapest way to get the item to you. Let me know if you are interested in anything.

Musical equipment sale. I have pictures below.

OK, when this stuff wasn't selling, I tried to put it back under the stairs in the closet, and my wife started freaking out, so I've lowered the prices even further. If I don't sell any of this stuff my this weekend, I'll probably head to the pawn shop and get what I get for it. Prices are way below what any of this stuff is selling for on eBay in this condition.I've also added a Farfisa Organ and a Tascam 244 to the list.

Item Condition Features ASK NEW

Antares AVP-1 mint Rack mount Autotune unit ASK $250 (NEW $400)
Fender Jazz Bass, black mint Vintage Noiseless pickups, Fender Case ASK $325 (NEW $850)
Epiphone Valve Jr combo mint Tube upgrades (JJ&EH), custom cover ASK $100 (NEW $212)
SKB 6u effects rack case good Roto-molded plastic SOLD
Peavey Scorpion speaker good 12” Unused since professional recone ASK $40
Samson S-patch plus mint Patchbay, 48 balanced inputs ASK $40 (NEW $100)
Subwoofer cabinet fair Unloaded, carpeted, for 18” speaker ASK $20
BBE 362 Sonic Maximizer very good Stereo SOLD
RPM Power Racklight mint 8 unswitched outlets, switchable red light SOLD
ART PB 4x4 Power Base very good 8 switched outlets SOLD
Farfisa Compact w/bass pedals poor Parts/repair SOLD
Tascam 244 cassette recorder poor Parts/repair ASK $25

Antares: http://s85.photobucket.com/albums/k65/S ... s%20AVP-1/
Fender Jazz: http://s85.photobucket.com/albums/k65/S ... zz%20Bass/
Epiphone Valve Jr: http://s85.photobucket.com/albums/k65/S ... alve%20Jr/
Peavey Scorpion: http://s85.photobucket.com/albums/k65/S ... pion%2012/
Samson S-Patch: http://s85.photobucket.com/albums/k65/S ... 0Patchbay/
Subwoofer cab: http://s85.photobucket.com/albums/k65/S ... fer%20cab/

The Tascam 244 powers up. A repair is needed on the cassette tape mechanism. Right now it eats tapes when you try to put them in. Good for parts to keep a 244 or 246 running, or for repair.

I’ve done extensive price research and even though my original asking prices were very fair, I’ve lowered them a bit to move this stuff. PM me if you are interested in anything or have more questions. I’ll give you my cell phone then if you would rather talk. I live in Daytona Beach Florida.

Paul, your prices were already more than fair. I don't think the fact that none of that stuff moved here is an indication of improper pricing, it is an indication that we're some broke mofos. Before you pawn it, list on CL and if that don't work Ebay it. You'll get more on Ebay than you will at a pawn shop.

I agree with Bob. Your prices are fine, things are just tough.

I hear ya guys. I've had everything listed on my local Craigslist since I started. That is how I sold the Peavey bass cab. I actually have a 148 eBay rating with 100% positive feedback. The problem I'm having is eBay now requires I give them a credit card for monthly fees prior to posting. I used to have them just deduct it from an account I had set up. What is this deal with a credit card?

I heard ebay is now making most of its money with Paypal. They own the company and it's very lucrative.

I believe Ebay buying PayPig was a big turnoff for lots of folks. It was for me. Just seems like they are double dipping. And all the little fees and sneaky extra charges.

I watch many different types of items all the time. Many items listed as BIN or have high opening bids which has translated into stagnant or no bidding action. I know people are trying to protect their investment but its hard in this economy. Not like 10-13 years ago when you'd see many opening bids at $.10 . That always got allot of action going but many sellers got hosed when their item sold for way less than they anticipated. Plus the fact its has become in the past an illicit play ground for scammers. Seems like Ebay protects the buyer more than the sellers. Just read some of the Ebay seller forums. You really have to cover all the angles as a seller to keep from getting ripped off by clever buyers but I know it can go the other way too.
